Costa Rica Tarrazu Agua y Manto

Processed as a Red Honey, the cherry is pulped and dried with a deliberate layer of mucilage left on the parchment, enough to build fruit density and a rounded, tactile sweetness, not so much that it blurs the cup's natural clarity. The variety is Typica Mejorado, a cultivar that inherits the grace of old-world Typica while bringing a structural precision to the flavour that makes every note feel intentional.
