Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product, service, or content on our site without notice. Nonagon shall not be held liable to you or any third party for any changes in pricing, suspension, or discontinuation of offerings.

Domestic (Malaysia)

We offer standard delivery within Malaysia, with an estimated delivery window of 2 to 5 business days, and 1 to 2 business days for express delivery within the Klang Valley. Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.

If you need to make changes to your shipping details, kindly contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after 24 hours may be subject to additional fees. All orders are processed within 2 business days, and deliveries are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on weekdays. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided for your convenience.

To ensure a thoughtful and fair process, we have outlined the conditions under which return requests may be considered after goods have been shipped or received. Please note that all goods sold are non-refundable, except in the case of (i) failed delivery, (ii) incorrect delivery, or (iii) items damaged during transit. Only products purchased directly from the online store are eligible for return consideration.


Returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:
Incorrect items refer to products that do not match the order, this may include the wrong item or missing components within the packaging.

Damaged items refer to products that arrive visibly damaged, appear to have been tampered with, refurbished, or modified in any way. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for returning the item. Returns are applicable only to complete items purchased directly from the Nonagon store and must meet the conditions outlined below.

Returned non-perishable goods must be shipped back to us within 7 working days of receipt, as verified by a courier or postal receipt. Customers must also provide valid proof of purchase, such as an order invoice or receipt. All items must be in new and unused condition, and returned in their original packaging, including any free gifts received. Packaging must be undamaged, unmarked, and free from any defacement. To ensure safe transit, items must be returned either in their original shipping box or in suitably protective packaging.

Please note that once payment has been confirmed, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations or changes. Returns or cancellations made due to a change of mind will not be accepted. Nonagon reserves the right to reject any return, cancellation, or refund request that is deemed unfit, unreasonable, or does not meet the conditions stated above.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, we kindly ask that you contact us at info@nonagonroastery.com. for further assistance.
